I am a retired English and Theater teacher turned landscape and nature photographer. I took up photography at sixty-four in an attempt to capture the beauty I've experienced in a lifetime spent wandering the wild places of the American West. My photographs range from macro shots of little beauties I find in the natural world, to large-scale landscapes, and everything in between. I currently live in Silver City, New Mexico, though my work embraces all of the desert Southwest and beyond.
