All my Life I've been a wanderer. We are all travelers, of course, every one of us, each negotiating the unique ground over which our individual lives take us. mine has taken me more often than not to the wild places, first into the temperate rain forests and mountains of the Pacific Northwest, then among the rugged peaks of the Eastern Sierra Nevada mountains and the high ranges of the Great Basin, and finally here to the Chihuahuan Desert and deep canyons of Southwest New Mexico. I've been lucky beyond measure to live my life in surpassingly beautiful places.
These are some of the thoughts and impressions, accounts and reflections that have come about as a result of my many wanderings, seasoned with assorted images taken during those wanderings.
